Art Therapy
To let go and express emotions differently.
At TCAkéso, we find art therapy to be an impactful activity for people suffering from eating disorders. It helps individuals express their emotions through creative work, breaking through verbal barriers. It allows everyone to communicate their feelings more easily on subjects that may be difficult to express verbally.

Adapted Physical Activity
To reconnect with your body and develop a healthy relationship with physical activity.
Dance, low-impact boxing, yoga, pilates… There’s something for everyone! We select sports that will help you feel good in your body again. It’s time for you to move without pressure or judgment.
Music Therapy
To calm the mind and stay grounded in the present moment.
Like art therapy, music therapy is a non-verbal therapy. Music is well-known for its benefits on mental health and can promote well-being and relaxation through the discovery of soothing-sounding instruments.

Therapeutic Education
Because knowledge is power, understanding our eating disorder is the first step to recovery and to finally rediscover joy in eating.
These sessions, led by our healthcare partners, help you understand EDs, from causes to common misconceptions, and offer practical advice.
